Naughty Girl Fitness is coming to Denver, Colorado! Yes, you heard right - It’s time to do some Naughty Girl in person! Here’s the deal: I’m offering an exclusive NGF workshop that includes three different classes on Saturday, July 23. And, if you're a dancer, Rudy and I are offering Master Dance Classes on Friday evening, July 22. Join us Friday, Saturday, or better yet, come both days!

Friday’s Event:

The first master class is hosted by the Cuban sensation and Janelle’s Naughty Girl Assistant, Rudy Garcia. Rudy has danced with well-known artists such as Ricky Martin, Joe Jonas, Marc Anthony, Daddy Yankee, J. Balvin & many more artists!

The final master class will be taught by world renowned dancer/choreographer - Miss Naughty Girl Herself, Janelle Ginestra. Janelle has danced and/or choreographed for Nicki Minaj, J-Lo, Halsey, SZA, etc..

Saturday’s Event:

Wake your Naughty Butt up and challenge yourself to a unique workshop that will focus on transformation of mind, body and spirit. And, of course you will partake in three different NGF classes, each with its own degree of difficulty and flavor. This event is for people 18+ who want to work out and have some fun, while breaking a sweat. No dance experience necessary, just bring a positive attitude!

Be sure to bring an item that means something to you to add to our altar. For example: a totem that represents how Naughty Girl Fitness has impacted your self-esteem or life. And, if you would like to share your item and story with the other members of our NGF community, we want to hear from you! Saturday concludes with a meaningful and inspirational closing ceremony. Believe me, you don’t want to miss it!
